What is involved?

I invite you to read through An Introduction to EFT and an initial 20 minute Skype or telephone chat to ascertain what you need support with.  I then send you a questionnaire and disclaimer. This is the same process for both EFT and Fearless Living Coaching sessions.

How Is EFT Carried Out?

Method: Basically, to resolve a problem:

  • We focus the mind on the problem by using a specific affirmation
  • Tap certain meridian points to stimulate the energy system of the body
  • Carry out a few specific actions which stimulate activity of specific areas of the brain

The results can be very rapid. Sometimes it is possible to achieve resolution of a problem in one round of treatment but the response varies enormously from person to person.

Sometimes apparently simple issues are difficult to resolve and apparently complex ones collapse easily. The rate of resolution depends upon the complexity of the problem (how many separate bits of it there are to resolve) and also upon the conscious and sub-conscious attitudes of the client (how ready and willing they are to let the problem go).

It is relatively Pain free. The emphasis is not on reliving old painful memories over again, (No pushing through the pain or being brave), but on resolving them as rapidly and thoroughly as possible.

There are virtually no side effects except positive ones. It is possible to work through layers of old, stuck issues very rapidly indeed and clear their emotional and physical impact to leave the client with a new, more positive frame of mind. We are aiming for personal peace.

What can EFT be used Upon?

Gary Craig, who originally developed EFT as a distinct therapy in the USA in THE late 1980`s, has a saying:

“Try it on everything”

Since then, many hundreds of thousands of people have taken him at his word and have tried it on everything they could think of. Many of these cases are documented in the superb database on Gary’s website: www.emofree.com. They are freely available to read and provide a very valuable resource for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
