- My personal experience during my own training allowed my true-self to recognise itself. I have opened up to an awareness I didn’t know previously, not only in myself, yet also in others who are willing to walk the Fearless Path. This experience explained to me how emotional fears operate from the amygdala region and reasons why we behave the way we do. It is not easy at times to face what we have been masking, it is a process worth doing if you are willing to work on yourself. Fearless Living helped me realise so many things about myself. We put ourselves on our own bumpy rides not knowing how to stop. Having a Life Coach/Practitioner helps put the brakes on.

Fearless Loving Coaching training was a BIG no-no for me for a long time. I had to face myself and past relationships.
Reading through the book helped me find a way to address my fears around relationships. I particularly like the boundaries chapter because when most of us fall in love everything goes out the window. Fearless Loving puts it all into perspective allowing you to find a way through the maze of emotional fears that do come up.
