Credit/Debit Card Payment
All payments are accepted by a Direct Bank payment or Paypal and offering a payment option without having a Paypal account, www.paypal.com.
Postage and Packaging
All prices are shown exclusive of postage and packaging charges. Postage and packaging charges will be calculated at the ‘checkout’ stage.
All prices are shown in UK pound sterling.
Delivery and Shipping
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail, configured to a Royal Mail weight and size format.
3-5 working days for the UK
5-9 working days for Europe, USA, Canada, Far East and Australasia.
9-15 working days for the rest of the world – Zones 1 & 2
If ordered at the weekend or Bank Holiday in the UK, they will be dispatched on the following Monday or Tuesday.
All limited edition prints will be sent to you by Royal Mail by registered post. Zone 8 Limited will endeavour to deliver unframed editions within 14 days of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email.
Returns
If goods are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied please contact within 14 working days of receiving your item. Zone 8 Limited accepts no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.
Please note: Customers are liable for the costs of returning post, unless the item is faulty.
If a refund is required, we will issue this using the same payment details that were used to purchase the items. We aim to process all returns within 1-2 weeks.
